Allan Shi, Founder & CEO of IngageApp, has 20+ years sales management experience in China and the United States. Prior to IngageApp, he served as the general manager of SAP China Business User Department. He has been awarded as Top Sales at various global companies such as SAP and Dell.

Allan founded IngageApp in 2011. His vision is to leverage social and mobile technologies, so CRM can help businesses break through the barriers among internal teams and directly connect with partners, customers and even products. Allan firmly believes this new generation of CRM can truly transform businesses into customer-centric organizations.

Alex Deng
Co-founder & COO

Alex Deng has 20+ years of experience in sales and sales management. Prior to IngageApp, Alex held the Top Sales award of Dell and EMC for many years and served as their Sales Director.

Alex holds a master’s degree in management from Xiamen University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tianjin University.

John Zhang
CTO

Prior to IngageApp, John Zhang was the Vice President of R&D at SAP Cloud for Customer, where he was responsible for the SAP cloud solution, including building products from zero to market competitiveness, such as ByD and Cloud for Customer; developing applications in mobile, business intelligence, and cloud computing. During this period John led and grew global R&D teams in the US, Germany and India. During his 18 years with SAP, John participated in and led the R&D of SAP’s three generations of CRM products, and accumulated rich experience in system architecture and platform development. John holds nearly 20 patents and has published several technical papers in international journals. Besides SAP, John also worked in Huawei Silicon Valley Division, AT&T Bell Labs, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

John graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China and holds a master’s degree in IEOR from the University of California at Berkeley.

Kevin Liu
CRO

Kevin takes charge of the growth strategy and sales execution of IngageApp. Prior IngageApp, he was the GM and Vice President of SAP China Strategic Business Unit. He led the business development of government, healthcare, education, finance, and telecommunications verticals of SAP China. During his tenure, Kevin innovatively promoted SAP’s participation in the IT development of multiple municipal regions in China, as well as the digital transformation of industries such as finance and medical care, achieving three-digit growth in sales performance. Prior to SAP, Kevin worked in Microsoft China as the general manager of partner business.

Kevin graduated from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Business.

Kevin Liu
CRO

VP of Product Management

Michael Ye has 18 years of experience in software engineering and product management, and has extensive industry experience in enterprise software (including ERP, accounting, CRM, BPM), SaaS, and mobile applications

Prior to IngageApp, Michael was a product director of NetSuite (later acquired by Oracle) and owned the NetSuite ERP Financials product line. Previously, Michael also built the Siebel CRM application engine as a tech leader, successfully delivering six major versions of Siebel CRM software.

Michael graduated from Peking University and holds a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
